John Donahoe joined ServiceNow in April 2017 as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors. Prior to ServiceNow, Donahoe served as President and Chief Executive Officer of eBay Inc. from 2008 to 2015 and oversaw the eBay, PayPal and eBay Enterprise businesses. During his tenure, eBay Inc.’s revenues more than doubled to $18B and market value increased over 250% to $80B. Prior to eBay, Donahoe spent more than 20 years at Bain & Company, starting as an Associate Consultant in 1982 and rose to become the firm's Chief Executive Officer in 1999, overseeing Bain's 30 offices and 3,000 employees. He currently serves on the board of directors for PayPal, Nike and The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit advisor and resource for mission ‑ driven organizations and philanthropists.  Donahoe holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a graduate degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dave Wright joined in December 2011 and currently serves as ServiceNow’s Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Wright spent over six years with VMware, Inc. as Vice President of Technical Services for EMEA. From 2003 to 2005 Wright headed up the technical division for Northern and Southern Europe at Mercury Interactive. Prior to that he spent six years at Peregrine Systems, Inc., where he held a variety of senior technical and marketing positions. Wright has also worked for Boole & Babbage, Inc. and Candle Services (later acquired by IBM).

Philip van der Wilt joined ServiceNow early 2016 and currently serves as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa, EMEA. Prior to this, van der Wilt served as the Vice President of Sales EMEA at Commvault. From 2007 to 2012, he held a number of leadership roles at Data Domain/EMC. From 2005 to 2007, van der Wilt was country manager for the Benelux region, and later for Western Europe and Africa at Decru, a NetApp company. Van der Wilt holds an MBA from Bradford University.

Scott Owen Mason is the COO for IT at Novartis and leads the IT Operations, Strategy, Transformation and Change Management functions.
In this role, Scott is responsible for execution of Novartis’ IT strategy and future proofing the IT operating model. The ITorganizationcomprises staff of approximately 10,000 operating across the globe.Major goals of the Novartis multiple year transformation journey include generating a 30%increase in IT” “throughput” focusing on standardization/lean and enabling the company’s digital agenda.
Scott is accountable for developing cohesive and business aligned strategies and standardizing and operating all IT processes, tools and methods for service delivery excellence. In addition, Scott is charged with maximizing investments, driving the innovation portfolio, developing the workforce that includes a network of global service centers as well as both supplier and software management and driving sustainable elimination of architectural debt from the IT environment.
Prior to this position Scott was held the post of Chief Technology Officer (CTO)at Novartis where he was responsible for global technology functions including global infrastructure and platform services.
Scott holds a PhD. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich on artificial intelligence in precise metrology and aMSc. from the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign, USA.Originating from Australia, he has lived and worked across four continents. He is based in Basel, Switzerland’s biotech hub.

He has been active in the area Information Technology for over 10 years and driving disruptive innovations to transform IT leveraging his experience on people transformation, processes and technology automation.

Jeroen has been in HR Technology since 2005, connecting the worlds of HR and IT. Before the company split and separation of Philips Lighting, Jeroen was responsible for the global roll‑out of Workday as program manager in Philips. In 2016 Jeroen became part of the Lighting organization where as Head of HR Systems he became responsible for all operations and projects in HR technology worldwide. One of the first Lighting projects as part of the company separation was the implementation of ServiceNow for HR, replacing the former HR Portal and Case Management tools. In 2017 investments will continue in the innovations of ServiceNow, to further improve user experience and shared service center performance.

  • Technical consultancy of the devops team of Webcentre

NATASJA WIENTJES

THALES TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS

Natasja Wientjes is Director Customer Service within Thales Transportation Systems Netherlands. She joined the company in 2015 and prior to that she has worked for different companies in different functions. She has a broad range of management  experience within software development and service, project and operational management. The common thread is to change the organization and transfer it to a higher professional level.
In the role of Director Customer Service Natasja is responsible for delivering a broad range of services such as operational, monitoring , service desk, logistics, repair and maintenance services. The department contains approximately 140 engineers and staff who are working 7*24 nation wide.
The challenge for the coming years is to stay the market leader in the Netherlands. Our main goals are to increase the customer satisfaction, to grow further in profitability and in employability.
Therefore Natasja is working with her team to become a predictive organization by introducing a more automated and digitalized way of working. This means not only implementing tooling but also changing processes and even cultural aspects.
